Yogurt Cups
3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. butter, softened
3 T. powdered sugar
2-3 t. cold water
1 1/3 c. yogurt (any flavor)
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Mix flour, butter and powdered sugar until crumbly; sprinkle in water 1 teaspoon at a time, stirring until dough forms.
3. Press about 3 tablespoons of dough in bottom and up side of each of 4 ungreased 6-ounce custard cups to within 1/2 inch of top.
4. Bake until golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes; let cool 10 minutes. Carefully remove from cups; let cool completely on wire rack.
5. Fill each cup with 1/3 cup of yogurt; garnish with fresh fruit if you like.
