Anything Smoothie
1 cup yogurt (plain or flavored)
1 cup milk
3 Tablespoons dry powdered milk
1 Tablespoon sugar
¼ teaspoon vanilla
1 cup fruit (strawberries, bananas, peaches, nectarines, pineapple, blueberries, kiwi, apricots, etc.)
1 tray ice cubes (use 6 at a time and see how many you need)
1. Put all ingredients in a blender container (except for the ice) and blend until smooth and frothy, at least 1 minute.
2. Add ice and chop first, then blend.
3. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
**Good Tip: The drink will have a thicker texture if you use frozen fruit.
Makes about 3 (6 oz.) servings.
