Marshmallow Meltaways
4 refrigerator biscuits
4 marshmallows
1 Tablespoon butter, melted
1 Tablespoon sugar
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 ½ teaspoon flour
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Flatten each biscuit into a 4 inch circle.
3. In a small bowl combine sugar, flour and cinnamon.
4. Dip marshmallow in melted butter.
5. Roll buttered marshmallow in sugar mixture.
6. Place marshmallow in center of biscuit circle. Bring edges of biscuit over top of marshmallow; pinch together.
7. Place on baking sheet (cover baking sheet with aluminum foil for easier cleanup).
8. Bake 10-12 minutes.
