Scrambled Eggs
2-3 Tablespoons butter
1-2 eggs per person in your group
2 Tablespoons milk
salt and pepper to taste
1. Melt butter in a covered microwavable container. (About 20 seconds).
2. In a cereal bowl, beat together (with a fork) the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
3. Pour egg mixture into container with melted butter. Cover and let cook on high for 1 minute. Check it. Stir it. Cook further if needed.
