Protein Bars
1/2 c. butter
2 c. carob chips, or chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
½ c. golden raisins or dried cranberries
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1 c. sliced almonds
1 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. coconut (optional)
- Melt chips, butter and peanut butter.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Pour into 9” x 13” pan.
- Refrigerate; cut into small squares.
This is a great snack for kids, as well as athletes!
