This assignment is similar to our one cup measuring foldable.

The purpose of this exercise is to help you visually identify the variety and number of measurements within one cup.
**Note: For this assignment, this sheet of paper represents one cup!
1. Select 4 different colored pens plus a pencil.
2. Fold this piece of paper into 16 equal parts. Make sure the folds are well creased.
3. With a colored pen, ON THE BACK OF THIS PAPER, outline each square. Each square will be a tablespoon. Mark each square “1T.” Now answer the question below:

4. With a second color, draw a line around the entire number of tablespoons it would take to equal1/4 cup. Now label that section as “1/4 c.” in the same color you just used. Answer the question below:

5. With a third color, now outline the entire number of tablespoons it would take to equal ½ cup. Label this entire block of squares as “1/2 c.” in the same color you just used. Answer the question below:

6. With a pencil, now identify the number of tablespoons it would take to make ¾ of a cup. Lightly fill in those squares with your pencil. Label the entire section as “¾ c.” Answer the question below:

7. With your fourth colored pen, take one square and divide it into 3 equal parts. Label each part "1 t." Answer the question below:
